EVANGELIZATION THROUGH ENTERTAINMENT

Tom and Karen Quiner pursue a ministry which they call “Evangelization through Entertainment” using the art form of musical theater.

Mr. Quiner has written and produced 9 faith-based musicals over the past sixteen years. "The Fire and the Mercy" is his latest endeavor and was written in celebration of the year of Mercy. It was  first performed in spring of 2016. He has expanded the project and will be reprising it again this Easter season.

THE FIRE AND THE MERCY
The Pentecost Musical

The musical starts and ends with the drama of Pentecost.

In between you'll experience God's limitless mercy through the eyes of Peter, Stephen, and Mary Magdelene. And you will experience Mother Mary's last moments with her Son before his ascension.

You will be moved and you will be entertained. We want to keep this an intimate experience so seating is limited at each performance.

The last musical - "The Wedding at Cana"

ABOUT THE LAST MUSICAL

“The ’new evangelization’ that Pope John Paul II called for takes many different forms.  The Wedding at Cana musical, performed as Catholic dinner theater, is a fresh, new way to evangelize.  Our church hall was packed with parishioners and non-parishioners who were evangelized through entertainment.  We experienced scripture, so to speak, from the ‘inside out.’  This was a powerful, shared experience for our community.  I recommend it.”

JON LEONETTI, CATHOLIC SPEAKER & AUTHOR

“It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.  A Civic Center quality performance and production in a personal setting. A wonderful way to spend an evening of faith and fellowship.  A quality performance filled with faith.”

ERIC KOFOED

On this beautiful feast day in Celebration of the Ascension of our Lord, I can't help but think fondly of this event dramatically portrayed by Craig Ferguson (as Jesus) and Amy Leonard (as Mother Mary) in THE FIRE AND THE MERCY.

By Tom Quiner The 7th chapter of Acts of the Apostles is a doozy. A young Christian, Stephen, lectures the Jewish power structure on the history of the Jewish faith. As you might suspect, this didn’t go over well with his self-righteous and prideful audience. Who is this young guy, who is promoting a competing…

By Tom Quiner I want you to try to imagine something. Your best friend is in danger.  He is being dragged by an angry mob across the  busy plaza in the downtown area of your city. Suddenly, one of the mob sees you and shouts, “Look, it’s his friend! Get him!” They begin to rush you. You…
